Visit the project in which you wish to create the Backlog Grooming Meeting and click on Backlog Grooming Home
Click on Configure Meeting and you will see a page where you can enter additional details for the meeting
Enter the details for each of these fields:
Name of meeting: Enter the name for the meeting
JQL query: Enter the JQL query which will be used to fetch issues to be displayed in the meeting.
Meeting Start Date: Enter the date and time when you wish to start the meeting.
Meeting duration in minutes: Enter the duration for which the meeting will be held.
Click on Save after entering all the details.
Your meeting will be created successfully.
