Please follow the steps mentioned below to configure Backlog Grooming for the project in which you wish to use the application:

  • Visit the Project Settings section of your project.

  • Click on Backlog Grooming Configuration.

  • You should see the following screen with Backlog Grooming Configuration options.

  • Meeting administrator role: Project role that can create or update meetings

  • Field for estimation: Field that you use for estimation in current project

  • Time per issue: Number of seconds estimation of issue is allowed (between 10 and 120)
