Create a Backlog Grooming Meeting

Please follow the steps mentioned below to create a Backlog Grooming meeting :

• Visit the project in which you wish to create the Backlog Grooming Meeting and click on Backlog Grooming Home

  • Open

    

     

• Click on Configure Meeting and you will see a page where you can enter additional details for the meeting

  • Open

    

     

• Enter the details for each of these fields:

  • Name of meeting: Enter the name for the meeting

  • JQL query: Enter the JQL query which will be used to fetch issues to be displayed in the meeting.

  • Meeting Start Date: Enter the date and time when you wish to start the meeting.

  • Meeting duration in minutes: Enter the duration for which the meeting will be held.

• Click on Save after entering all the details.

• Your meeting will be created successfully.
