Participate in the meeting
Please follow the steps mentioned below to join a Backlog Grooming meeting and provide your estimates :
Visit the project in which you wish to start the Backlog Grooming Meeting and click on Backlog Grooming Home.
You will be able see the existing meeting.
Click on Join Meeting button to join the meeting.
Select an issue for the Estimation
If you have the proper permission, you can select the issue for estimation by clicking on it.
Once you click on an issue, you will be able to see its details.
Click on Start Voting to initiate the voting.
Click on Stop Voting to stop the voting.
Providing Estimate for an issue
Once the voting has been started for an issue, you will be displayed a page where you can provide your estimate for the issue.
Enter your estimate and click on Save.
If the Voting has been stopped or has not been started, you will be displayed the following page:
Check the estimation and accept/ reject it
If you have the proper permission, you will be able to see the estimation provided by the team on the issue for which Voting is in progress.
The page will display:
Estimation provided by each user
Average Estimation
Maximum Estimation
Minimum Estimation
You can accept or reject estimation from the above mentioned options.
